Angelo Mannino, P.E. and Joseph Roth, P.E., General Civil Department Heads

Angelo Mannino is has a diverse background in the Civil/Environmental engineering field. His areas of emphasis include all phases of interstate, urban, and rural roadway design and drainage engineering disciplines. Prior to joining DRG, Angelo was employed for more than 29 years by the Missouri Department of Transportation in the Design Division.

Joe Roth is well known in the metropolitan area as an environmental engineer and is nationally published. He has been responsible for the design of more sewerage systems in Wyandotte County, both sanitary and storm, than any other active engineer. He encourages innovation by his staff and has been responsible for many unique projects in Kansas City.
