DRG employs internal recruiters to assist with our staffing and recruiting needs and does not enlist the services of third party recruiters. Regardless of past practice, any unsolicited resume submitted by a search firm to any employee of DRG by any method, will be considered the property of DRG, and DRG will not be held liable for payment of a placement fee should the candidate be hired as a result of the referral. Verbal commitments from any employee of DRG will not be considered binding.
